Orders

To place orders on restelovida.pt, customers must register on the website. This registration is only required once. The goods included in the order will be shipped by mail, under the conditions described below.

Prices

Retail prices and payment terms are set out in the price list in force at any given time for products supplied by restelovida.pt. The prices charged will always be those in force on the date of the order, except in the case of typographical errors or stock shortages.

Payment

The goods will only be delivered upon payment by bank transfer or cash on delivery. For the first order, advance payment may be required. For orders over €500.00, the customer must pay a deposit of 50% of the total order value in advance.

Retention of Title

Ownership of the products supplied by estetoscópio.pt will only be transferred to the customer after full payment has been made, plus any interest on arrears and/or compensation due. If the customer fails to pay the price on the due date, estetoscópio.pt shall be entitled to charge interest on arrears until full payment at a rate of 2.5% (two and a half percent) per month, applied on a simple interest basis. In the event of non-compliance, the customer shall also pay estetoscópio.pt the expenses and charges arising from the judicial collection of the debt. Estetoscópio.pt may allocate the payments made by the customer first to the compensation of the customer's pre-existing debts, then to collection expenses and interest on arrears, and finally to the price owed.

Transport

The purchased goods will be shipped the day after the invoice is issued, by mail, if the order is received by 3 p.m. and there is stock available. Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the goods.

What to do when you receive the goods

Count the number of packages and check that this number matches the number indicated on the shipping label. Check that all packages are in good condition. If you detect any irregularities in the order, you should contact estetoscópio.pt immediately.

Returns

Companies, Institutions, Liberal Professionals, and Sole Proprietors

The general law of the Portuguese Civil Code applies, namely the rules set forth in Decree-Law 67/2003.

Private Customers (Consumers)

The general law of the Portuguese Civil Code applies, namely the rules set out in Decree-Law No. 143/2001 and Decree-Law No. 82/2008.

In distance contracts, the customer shall benefit from the right of reflection and withdrawal under the terms of the law after receiving the order and for a period of 14 days, being obliged to return the purchased products within 30 days after the date of receipt, provided they are in perfect condition, in their original packaging and with all leaflets and guarantees. After receipt of the returned products, the respective refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 days. The return, exchange, credit note, or refund of the amount paid will be made under the terms and on the date to be agreed. You must always return the products in their original packaging, with all accessories and the respective purchase receipt. Computer software must have the tamper-proof seal intact, otherwise the return will be refused.

Warranties

Estetoscópio.pt ensures that the guarantees provided by manufacturers are honored. All items have a minimum two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. All products covered by the warranty are accepted provided they are accompanied by the invoice. For DOA (Dead on arrival), i.e., products in which faults are detected upon receipt of the goods by the customer, the exchange will be made immediately, if possible. You must fill out the respective form and send it to the technical services. The exchange will be made within a maximum of 15 working days, if the product was purchased less than a year ago (except in the case of stock shortages), immediately after confirmation of the fault by estetoscopio.pt and provided that the product is complete (packaging, manuals, etc.). In the event of a stock shortage, the product will be sent to the manufacturer. In this case, the repair/replacement period will be the responsibility of the manufacturer. In the case of damaged material under warranty, the return will be at the customer's expense and the respective shipment will be at the expense of estetoscópio.pt.

General Conditions

The fact that the customer has not received these general terms and conditions of sale in their native language does not preclude their application. Estetoscópio.pt reserves the right to accept the customer under the above conditions or to indicate the required conditions. This contract and supplementary provisions are governed by Portuguese private law, whether applicable to domestic or international transactions. For all disputes arising from this contract, the parties choose the jurisdiction of the district of Lisbon, expressly waiving any other.
